Choose Digital Mosaic for an audience across locations
Digital Mosaic gives people in different places a way to contribute to the same artwork. Guests scan a QR code or open a branded link on their own device, then take or upload a photograph. The larger image develops on screen as contributions arrive.
MooMuu offers a fully attended on-site format and a remotely monitored format. With remote delivery, our team configures and monitors the experience during an agreed operating window while your team shares the invitation. On-site hosting and AV arrangements should be confirmed in the proposal; they are not interchangeable assumptions.
For example, an employee event could invite people at the venue and colleagues in other offices to join the same mosaic. This is a planning example, not a claim about a completed client event. Agree when submissions open and close, and make the artwork visible to both audiences.
Choose Mosaic Wall Live for hands-on participation
Mosaic Wall Live adds a physical step to the guest journey. Guests create their photograph at the included ICON Booth, receive a premium print and add a separate coded tile to the wall. The code identifies where the tile belongs, so each contribution moves the larger image towards its reveal.
Our event team manages the booth, guest flow and mosaic build. The installation suits a reception or celebration where people can stop, contribute and return later to see how the artwork has changed. The finished wall is a tangible keepsake, with its handover planned before the event.
The physical format needs room for more than the finished artwork. Allow for the capture point, printing, tile placement and people standing back to see the whole image. Do not choose a narrow route simply because the wall itself fits there.
Plan the display, space and connection
A digital format does not automatically mean a smaller installation. A screen on an existing stand and a large LED display have different footprints. Agree who supplies the display, where it will sit and how it connects. Reliable internet supports uploads, live updates and remote monitoring; optional moderation can be arranged before images appear.
For Mosaic Wall Live, the current product guidance suggests approximately 3 × 3 metres of operating space, depending on wall size, and a standard UK power socket within 10 metres. Treat these as a starting point for venue planning, not a substitute for checking your layout with MooMuu.
Choose the artwork and reveal together
Start with a portrait, logo or campaign visual that remains recognisable from a distance. Share the master artwork early so we can discuss composition, branding and the guest-facing design.
Plan participation around the actual timetable. Conference breaks, exhibition visits and evening receptions create different patterns of arrivals. For a physical wall, agree the tile plan and what happens if fewer guests contribute than expected. For a digital mosaic, confirm the submission window and how remote viewers will see the finished result. Neither format should rely on an unplanned rush at the end.
