Each experience can be tailored to suit weddings, private celebrations, corporate events, exhibitions and brand activations.

Our Luxury Oak and ICON Photo Booths are ideal for timeless, studio-quality portraits. Signature Glam creates striking black-and-white editorial photographs. AI Sketch Bots provide personalised portraits drawn live by robotic artists. The Mosaic Wall Live creates a collaborative artwork from guest photographs, while the AI Graffiti Wall offers a highly interactive creative experience.

We can supply up to two staffed photo booths (ICON, Luxury Oak or Signature GLAM) at the same time, or one experiential product. The Digital Booth has its own separate availability, so it can be booked alongside either, provided it is available on your date. Tell us which experiences you have in mind and we will confirm what is possible for your date.
Yes. Our experiences can be adapted for weddings, private celebrations, awards evenings, conferences, exhibitions, product launches and brand activations.
Wedding experiences focus on beautiful guest keepsakes and elegant presentation. Corporate activations can include branded artwork, custom interfaces, data capture and campaign-specific content.
Booking and Availability
Start with Check dates & options. Select your preferred experience to check online availability where offered, or request a tailored proposal. For corporate events, explore our corporate experience collection. If your plans are still taking shape, ask us a question — an approximate month or venue area is enough to start.
We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for Saturdays, summer dates and the Christmas party season.
However, we can sometimes accommodate last-minute bookings where equipment and staff remain available.
Your date is secured once the required booking payment has been received and your booking agreement has been completed.
Dates cannot be held indefinitely without payment.
We may be able to place a short provisional hold on a date while you review your proposal. Provisional holds are not guaranteed and may be released if another client is ready to confirm.
Yes. Your proposal will clearly outline the chosen experience, operating time, personalisation, travel and any optional extras.
We aim to make our quotations transparent, with no unexpected additions after booking.
Your quotation will specify exactly what is included. It will confirm delivery, setup, operating support and the agreed guest outputs for your chosen experience. The Digital Booth is self-service; staffing for other experiences is confirmed in your proposal.
Any additional travel, accommodation, extended operating time or bespoke production requirements will be shown clearly before booking.
Payment arrangements will be stated in your proposal and booking agreement. Where available, staged payments can be arranged before the final balance deadline.
Please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to transfer your booking to a new available date.
Date changes remain subject to availability and the terms of your booking agreement.
Cancellation terms, including any applicable charges or non-refundable payments, are provided in your booking agreement.
We strongly recommend appropriate wedding or event insurance.
Event-Day Arrangements
Setup time depends on the experience, access and venue layout. Most installations require access well before the agreed operating time.
We will confirm the required arrival and setup period with you or your venue before the event.
No. We arrive before the agreed start time so the experience is fully prepared when operation begins.
Delays caused by restricted access, late room availability or venue issues may affect the final operating time.
Most staffed MooMuu experiences include a professional attendant throughout the agreed operating period. Our Digital Booth is designed as a self-service experience and does not normally require an attendant. Your quotation will clearly confirm the staffing included with your chosen experience.
Space requirements vary by experience. Most installations require a clear, level operating area with room for guests to enter, participate and move away safely.
Exact dimensions are shown on the relevant experience page and can also be supplied to your venue.
Most experiences require access to a standard UK mains socket close to the setup area.
The socket should be reliable, accessible and not shared with high-powered catering, entertainment or production equipment.
Some experiences may be used outdoors only where they are fully protected from rain, wind, direct sunlight, excessive heat and uneven ground.
A professionally installed enclosed structure with a suitable floor and reliable power may be required. Final approval will depend on the equipment, season and venue arrangements.
Our equipment is installed, tested and positioned before operation. It cannot normally be moved once the event has begun.
Please confirm the final location with your venue before our arrival.
This may be possible where there is sufficient time, access and space. However, a room turnaround can be busy and may involve catering, furniture and production teams working simultaneously.
Where possible, we recommend setting up before guests enter the space.
Yes. We require suitable vehicle access for unloading and loading, together with nearby parking for the duration of the event.
Please tell us in advance about stairs, loading restrictions, security procedures, lifts, long access routes or limited parking.
Yes. MooMuu carries appropriate public liability insurance for our event services.
Documentation can be supplied to your venue on request.
Electrical equipment used at events is maintained and tested appropriately. Relevant documentation can be supplied where required by the venue.
Photographs, Prints and Galleries
Print inclusions depend on the experience and package selected.
Where physical prints or portraits are included, the quantity and format will be stated clearly in your proposal.
Many of our experiences include a digital delivery option, an online gallery or both.
The exact delivery method depends on the experience and event package.
Depending on the setup, guests may receive images by email, SMS, QR code or through a post-event gallery.
Availability can depend on internet connectivity at the venue.
Where a post-event gallery is included, we aim to prepare and deliver it promptly following the event.
Your delivery email will explain how to access and download the files, together with the gallery expiry date.
Online galleries are normally available for a limited period. The exact expiry date will be stated in the gallery email.
We strongly recommend downloading and securely saving all required images as soon as the gallery is received.
Event files are retained only for a limited period in accordance with our retention policy and privacy obligations.
We cannot guarantee that photographs will remain available after the gallery expiry or stated retention period. Clients should download and create their own secure backup promptly.
This depends on the experience and whether the original files remain available.
Post-event printing may incur an additional charge and cannot be guaranteed after the retention period has expired.
Our booth images are produced using professional lighting, carefully selected camera settings and MooMuu’s image processing.
The level of processing varies by experience. Signature Glam, for example, uses a distinctive black-and-white finish created specifically for that experience.
Personalisation and Branding
Yes. Depending on the selected experience, we can personalise print designs, digital overlays, screens, artwork, templates and guest-facing content.
Wedding designs can incorporate names, dates and styling. Corporate designs can include logos, campaign artwork, messaging and brand colours.
Yes. Bespoke design and production are available for selected experiences.
More complex creative work, custom builds or campaign-specific development may incur an additional fee and require longer preparation time.
Yes. Corporate options can include branded user interfaces, print templates, digital artwork, robot coverings, Mosaic Wall designs and event-specific calls to action.
We will advise which branding options are available for your chosen experience.
Optional data capture is available for selected corporate activations.
This may include names, email addresses, telephone numbers, survey responses or marketing preferences. The exact process must be agreed before the event and configured in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements.
Only where there is an appropriate lawful basis and guests have been given clear privacy information.
Where marketing consent is required, it must be presented separately and cannot be made a condition of receiving a photograph unless legally appropriate.
Digital Booth

It is print-free and designed for self-service. MooMuu delivers, installs, tests and collects it, with remote support during the agreed operating period.
A reliable connection is needed for instant QR, SMS and email sharing. Tell us about venue Wi-Fi or limited signal so we can agree the delivery approach before the event.
Yes. The welcome screen and digital designs can carry your names, event date, colours or company identity.
The booth is compact, but allow room for guests to pose and move around it. A nearby standard UK power socket is required; we confirm positioning and access with your venue.
Luxury Oak Booth

Yes. Personalised prints are available during the agreed hire, with digital sharing and a private online gallery. Your package confirms the print format and inclusions.
Yes. We can help you choose a backdrop and personalise the print layout with names, dates, colours or branding to suit the occasion.
Allow approximately 3 × 3 metres for the booth, backdrop and guests, with suitable ceiling height, power and step-free access. Tell us about lifts or restricted access before booking.
Yes. A MooMuu attendant welcomes guests, assists with the booth and keeps print supplies topped up throughout the agreed hire.
ICON Booth

The ICON combines sculptural oak styling, professional photography and a large interactive rear touchscreen. It provides a photo experience at the front and an evolving gallery facing the room.
Guests can create photographs, GIFs and boomerangs. Still photographs can be printed; digital images and animations can be shared. Personalised print layouts are included in the agreed package.
Yes. The rear screen can show the event gallery or planned campaign content. We agree the screen artwork, welcome design and print layout with you beforehand.
Allow approximately 3 × 3 metres, a suitable UK power socket and clear access for installation. Leave room for guests at both the camera and the rear display.
Yes. A MooMuu attendant assists guests and manages the equipment during the agreed operating period. Setup timings are confirmed with your venue.

No modelling experience is needed. The MooMuu attendant helps guests feel comfortable and guides them through the portrait session.
It is designed primarily for indoor use, where lighting can be controlled. A fully enclosed, weatherproof structure may be suitable, but flooring, lighting and power must be agreed in advance.
Yes. Names, dates or corporate artwork can be included in the print design. A clean black or white backdrop keeps attention on the guests and the monochrome finish.

Yes. We develop and test the creative direction ahead of the event. You can use one consistent concept or an agreed selection of styles, shaped around your audience and branding.
The experience is designed to keep guests recognisable while changing the scene or styling. AI results can vary, so the output is a creative portrait rather than an exact reproduction.
Digital delivery can include the original photograph and AI portrait. Printed keepsakes are an optional addition; the proposal confirms outputs and sharing options.
Yes. Portraits use cloud-based processing, so a reliable connection matters. We plan connectivity, guest numbers and style choices together; processing and delivery times depend on the setup.
Scribble Booth

Both. Guests write on illuminated glass while a camera records their message and reactions. A digital photo booth on the reverse can operate at the same time.
A name, doodle, wedding message or response to a campaign prompt all work. Guests do not need drawing skills; we agree an inviting prompt for your occasion.
QR code, SMS or email sharing can be available, subject to venue connectivity. The chosen package confirms gallery and post-event delivery arrangements.
No. The reverse-side photo experience is digital, with no prints as standard. If prints matter, ask us about a suitable booth or combination.

AI Sketch Bots

A guest has their photograph taken using the capture station. The image is securely processed into a drawing and sent to an available robotic artist.
The robot then draws the guest’s personalised portrait live in front of them.
Portrait time depends on the selected drawing style and event configuration. The experience is designed to produce personalised artwork efficiently while still giving guests the enjoyment of watching the robot draw.

As more photographs are added, the individual guest images gradually reveal one larger master image.
