Each experience can be tailored to suit weddings, private celebrations, corporate events, exhibitions and brand activations.
That depends on the atmosphere you would like to create.
Our Luxury Oak and ICON Photo Booths are ideal for timeless, studio-quality portraits. Signature Glam creates striking black-and-white editorial photographs. AI Sketch Bots provide personalised portraits drawn live by robotic artists. The Photo Mosaic Wall creates a collaborative artwork from guest photographs, while the AI Graffiti Wall offers a highly interactive creative experience.

We can supply up to two staffed photo booths (ICON, Luxury Oak or Signature GLAM) at the same time, or one experiential product. The Digital Booth has its own separate availability, so it can be booked alongside either, provided it is available on your date. Tell us which experiences you have in mind and we will confirm what is possible for your date.
Yes. Our experiences can be adapted for weddings, private celebrations, awards evenings, conferences, exhibitions, product launches and brand activations.
Wedding experiences focus on beautiful guest keepsakes and elegant presentation. Corporate activations can include branded artwork, custom interfaces, data capture and campaign-specific content.
Booking and Availability
Start with Check dates & options. Select your preferred experience to check online availability where offered, or request a tailored proposal. For corporate events, explore our corporate experience collection. If your plans are still taking shape, ask us a question — an approximate month or venue area is enough to start.
We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for Saturdays, summer dates and the Christmas party season.
However, we can sometimes accommodate last-minute bookings where equipment and staff remain available.
Your date is secured once the required booking payment has been received and your booking agreement has been completed.
Dates cannot be held indefinitely without payment.
We may be able to place a short provisional hold on a date while you review your proposal. Provisional holds are not guaranteed and may be released if another client is ready to confirm.
Yes. Your proposal will clearly outline the chosen experience, operating time, personalisation, travel and any optional extras.
We aim to make our quotations transparent, with no unexpected additions after booking.
Your quotation will specify exactly what is included. It will confirm delivery, setup, operating support and the agreed guest outputs for your chosen experience. The Digital Booth is self-service; staffing for other experiences is confirmed in your proposal.
Any additional travel, accommodation, extended operating time or bespoke production requirements will be shown clearly before booking.
MooMuu is not VAT registered. No VAT is added to our prices.
Payment arrangements will be stated in your proposal and booking agreement. Where available, staged payments can be arranged before the final balance deadline.
Please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to transfer your booking to a new available date.
Date changes remain subject to availability and the terms of your booking agreement.
Cancellation terms, including any applicable charges or non-refundable payments, are provided in your booking agreement.
We strongly recommend appropriate wedding or event insurance.
Event-Day Arrangements
Setup time depends on the experience, access and venue layout. Most installations require access well before the agreed operating time.
We will confirm the required arrival and setup period with you or your venue before the event.
No. We arrive before the agreed start time so the experience is fully prepared when operation begins.
Delays caused by restricted access, late room availability or venue issues may affect the final operating time.
Most staffed MooMuu experiences include a professional attendant throughout the agreed operating period. Our Digital Booth is designed as a self-service experience and does not normally require an attendant. Your quotation will clearly confirm the staffing included with your chosen experience.
Space requirements vary by experience. Most installations require a clear, level operating area with room for guests to enter, participate and move away safely.
Space guidance is shown on each experience page; we confirm the final layout with your venue.
Our Luxury Oak Booth, ICON Booth, AI Experience and AI Sketch Bots can accommodate guests who are seated or use a wheelchair.
Tell us about your venue and any participation requirements so we can plan the position of the experience and guest access. For other experiences, please ask us and we will help you choose a suitable option.
Most experiences require access to a standard UK mains socket close to the setup area.
The socket should be reliable, accessible and not shared with high-powered catering, entertainment or production equipment.
Some experiences may be used outdoors only where they are fully protected from rain, wind, direct sunlight, excessive heat and uneven ground.
A professionally installed enclosed structure with a suitable floor and reliable power may be required. Final approval will depend on the equipment, season and venue arrangements.
Our equipment is installed, tested and positioned before operation. It cannot normally be moved once the event has begun.
Please confirm the final location with your venue before our arrival.
This may be possible where there is sufficient time, access and space. However, a room turnaround can be busy and may involve catering, furniture and production teams working simultaneously.
Where possible, we recommend setting up before guests enter the space.
Yes. We require suitable vehicle access for unloading and loading, together with nearby parking for the duration of the event.
Please tell us in advance about stairs, loading restrictions, security procedures, lifts, long access routes or limited parking.
Yes. MooMuu carries appropriate public liability insurance for our event services.
Documentation can be supplied to your venue on request.
Electrical equipment used at events is maintained and tested appropriately. Relevant documentation can be supplied where required by the venue.
Photographs, Prints and Galleries
Print inclusions depend on the experience and package selected.
Where physical prints or portraits are included, the quantity and format will be stated clearly in your proposal.
Many of our experiences include a digital delivery option, an online gallery or both.
The exact delivery method depends on the experience and event package.
Depending on the setup, guests may receive images by email, SMS, QR code or through a post-event gallery.
Availability can depend on internet connectivity at the venue.
Standard photo-booth galleries are normally delivered within 48 hours of the event.
Delivery times for bespoke, edited, AI and complex activation outputs may differ and are confirmed in your proposal. Your delivery email explains how to access and download the files.
Standard photo-booth galleries are normally available for 90 days from delivery. Your gallery email confirms the expiry date.
Please download and securely save the photographs you wish to keep before the gallery expires.
Event files are retained only for a limited period in accordance with our retention policy and privacy obligations.
We cannot guarantee that photographs will remain available after the gallery expiry or stated retention period. Clients should download and create their own secure backup promptly.
This depends on the experience and whether the original files remain available.
Post-event printing may incur an additional charge and cannot be guaranteed after the retention period has expired.
Our booth images are produced using professional lighting, carefully selected camera settings and MooMuu’s image processing.
The level of processing varies by experience. Signature Glam, for example, uses a distinctive black-and-white finish created specifically for that experience.
Personalisation and Branding
Yes. Depending on the selected experience, we can personalise print designs, digital overlays, screens, artwork, templates and guest-facing content.
Wedding designs can incorporate names, dates and styling. Corporate designs can include logos, campaign artwork, messaging and brand colours.
Yes. Bespoke design and production are available for selected experiences.
More complex creative work, custom builds or campaign-specific development may incur an additional fee and require longer preparation time. Standard Sketch Bot portrait personalisation and customised email and text messages are included. Reverse-side takeaway branding is an optional £200 upgrade per event. Please supply the relevant branding materials at least 21 days before the event.
Yes. Corporate options can include branded user interfaces, print templates, digital artwork, robot coverings, Mosaic Wall designs and event-specific calls to action.
We will advise which branding options are available for your chosen experience.
Optional data capture is available for selected corporate activations.
This may include names, email addresses, telephone numbers, survey responses or marketing preferences. The exact process must be agreed before the event and configured in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements.
Only where there is an appropriate lawful basis and guests have been given clear privacy information.
Where marketing consent is required, it must be presented separately and cannot be made a condition of receiving a photograph unless legally appropriate.
Digital Booth

Guests can make digital photographs, GIFs, boomerangs and short videos using the on-screen instructions. It suits events where easy sharing matters more than printed keepsakes.
It is print-free and designed for self-service. MooMuu delivers, installs, tests and collects it, with remote support during the agreed operating period.
A reliable connection is needed for instant QR, SMS and email sharing. Tell us about venue Wi-Fi or limited signal so we can agree the delivery approach before the event.
Yes. The welcome screen and digital designs can carry your names, event date, colours or company identity.
The booth is compact, but allow room for guests to pose and move around it. A nearby standard UK power socket is required; we confirm positioning and access with your venue.

Yes. A personalised print is included for every person in the photo during the agreed hire, alongside digital sharing and a private online gallery. Your package confirms the print format.
Yes. We can help you choose a backdrop and personalise the print layout with names, dates, colours or branding to suit the occasion.
Allow approximately 3 × 3 metres for the booth, backdrop and guests, with suitable ceiling height, power and step-free access. Tell us about lifts or restricted access before booking.
Yes. A MooMuu attendant welcomes guests, assists with the booth and keeps print supplies topped up throughout the agreed hire.
ICON Booth

The ICON combines sculptural oak styling, professional photography and a large interactive rear touchscreen. It provides a photo experience at the front and an evolving gallery facing the room.
Guests can create photographs, GIFs and boomerangs. A print is included for every person in the photo. Digital images and animations can be shared. Personalised print layouts are included in the agreed package.
Yes. The rear screen can show the event gallery or planned campaign content. We agree the screen artwork, welcome design and print layout with you beforehand.
Allow approximately 3 × 3 metres, a suitable UK power socket and clear access for installation. Leave room for guests at both the camera and the rear display.
Yes. A MooMuu attendant assists guests and manages the equipment during the agreed operating period. Setup timings are confirmed with your venue.

No. The look combines controlled studio lighting, professional photography and MooMuu image processing. The aim is a clean, editorial monochrome portrait rather than a novelty effect.
Yes. A print is included for every person in the photo, and guests can receive digital portraits. Your package confirms the print format and sharing options.
No modelling experience is needed. The MooMuu attendant helps guests feel comfortable and guides them through the portrait session.
It is designed primarily for indoor use, where lighting can be controlled. A fully enclosed, weatherproof structure may be suitable, but flooring, lighting and power must be agreed in advance.
Yes. Names, dates or corporate artwork can be included in the print design. A clean black or white backdrop keeps attention on the guests and the monochrome finish.

Yes. We develop and test the creative direction ahead of the event. You can use one consistent concept or an agreed selection of styles, shaped around your audience and branding.
The experience is designed to keep guests recognisable while changing the scene or styling. AI results can vary, so the output is a creative portrait rather than an exact reproduction.
Digital delivery can include the original photograph and AI portrait. Printed keepsakes are an optional addition; the proposal confirms outputs and sharing options.
Yes. Portraits use cloud-based processing, so a reliable connection matters. We plan connectivity, guest numbers and style choices together; processing and delivery times depend on the setup.
Scribble Booth

Both. Guests write on illuminated glass while a camera captures their handwriting, drawings and reactions as a silent video, without sound. A digital photo booth on the reverse can operate at the same time.
A name, doodle, wedding message or response to a campaign prompt all work. Guests do not need drawing skills; we agree an inviting prompt for your occasion.
QR code, SMS or email sharing can be available, subject to venue connectivity. The chosen package confirms gallery and post-event delivery arrangements.
No. The reverse-side photo experience is digital, with no prints as standard. If prints matter, ask us about a suitable booth or combination.

AI Sketch Bots

Guests take a photograph at the iPad kiosk and choose from the styles prepared for your event. The software turns the photograph into a drawing and sends it to an available bot. Guests watch their portrait being drawn in pen, then collect their physical artwork.
A standard drawing typically takes around a minute, with timing varying by style, detail and setup. The full guest journey also includes photography, any AI processing, waiting and collection. Output depends on the number of bots and operating time, so we agree a realistic capacity in your proposal. Tell us if a portrait for every guest is a priority.
Standard packages include two Sketch Bots and an experienced MooMuu attendant to manage the experience, help guests and handle portrait collection. Additional bots can be added to suit your audience and schedule. Delivery, setup and pack down are arranged as part of your event plan.
Guests receive a physical pen-drawn portrait and can scan a QR code to access their digital sketch when it is ready. Email and text sharing can also be configured for your event. The chosen paper format, artwork and sharing journey are agreed in your proposal.
Yes. Add a separate 42-inch slideshow display for £395 per booking, with no VAT added. It cycles completed digital guest portraits, with new portraits added during your agreed hire period while the bots continue drawing. We agree the display position, additional space and power before the event.
Front portrait branding is included. Standard portrait personalisation and customised email and text messages are included. Reverse-side takeaway branding is an optional £200 upgrade per event. Please supply logos, brand guidelines, campaign artwork and messaging at least 21 days before your event. We test detailed logos and artwork to agree the best treatment.
Yes, you can supply your own branded table space. Allow 4 ft × 2 ft for two bots, 6 ft × 2 ft for three–four bots, or 7 ft × 2 ft for five bots. These are table dimensions; additional clear space is needed for photo capture, the attendant, portrait collection and guest movement. We agree the complete layout before your event. The equipment should be kept out of direct sunlight and excessive heat.
The standard bot setup requires one UK 13-amp mains socket within 10 metres. If you add the separate slideshow display or additional equipment, we confirm the full power and cable arrangements with your venue during planning.
Dream Studio themed portraits and online sharing or hosted displays require reliable internet. A prepared Local Mode setup can draw simpler portraits offline after its licence checks. We agree the selected format and connectivity before your event; venue Wi-Fi or suitable mobile coverage can be used where available.
Optional data capture can be configured for branded events. We agree the fields, consent wording, privacy information and any on-screen display before the event. Details entered solely to receive a portrait are not consent to marketing. Tell us about any organisation-specific requirements during your enquiry.
Digital sketch files and reporting can be arranged as part of your event plan. We agree the selected outputs, delivery and retention arrangements in advance. Any guest data shared with the organiser must follow the agreed consent and privacy information.
Photo Mosaic Wall

We use Foto Master PMWall. Guests take a photograph at the ICON Booth and receive a premium print plus a coded photo tile. Each tile corresponds to a numbered position on the physical wall.
As more photographs are added, the individual guest images gradually reveal one larger master image.
The master image can be a wedding photograph, company logo, campaign visual, product image or bespoke piece of artwork.
We will review the supplied image before production to ensure it is suitable.
Guests can place their tiles with guidance from our attendant, creating an engaging collaborative experience.
Our team regularly checks alignment and positioning to ensure the final artwork develops correctly.
The wall is carefully planned around expected attendance and the agreed event format.
Where appropriate, we can discuss completion options before the event so the final image can be presented as intended.
Yes. The completed artwork belongs to the client unless otherwise stated in the proposal.
You also receive a high-resolution digital version of the completed mosaic. This export requires a filled grid, so completion options are planned beforehand. Individual event photographs and handover arrangements are confirmed in your proposal. The artwork can be displayed or professionally framed afterwards.
The physical wall has an agreed number of photo-tile positions, typically around 400–800, with bespoke capacities available. We plan the tile count around guest numbers and operating time.
Yes. Current PMWall needs a reliable connection for Cloud syncing and licensing, online photo delivery and any selected phone-upload workflow. We confirm connectivity and photo sources during planning.
Yes. The optional 42-inch Separate Slideshow Display shows individual guest photographs, with new photos added during your agreed hire period while the physical wall continues to build. It is a photo slideshow rather than a live composite mosaic. See the package details on our corporate Mosaic Wall or wedding and celebration Mosaic Wall page for the add-on price. Extra power, space and positioning are agreed during planning.

Digital Mosaic builds a shared artwork on screen from guest photographs. Photo Mosaic Wall uses printed photo tiles on a physical wall. Digital Mosaic can connect on-site and remote audiences.
Guests open the event link or scan its QR code, then take or upload a photograph. They can join from the venue, other offices or home.
Yes. A portrait, logo or campaign visual can form the master image. Supply good-quality artwork in advance to plan the reveal and branded upload journey.
A stable connection supports uploads and live updates. We agree the display and AV arrangements, plus whether delivery is attended on-site or remotely monitored.
Yes. An optional moderated workflow allows incoming images to be reviewed. Agree the moderation approach and operating window before the event.
You receive the completed high-resolution mosaic as a digital file. The proposal confirms delivery and any additional outputs.
AI Graffiti Wall

Yes. MooMuu can print artwork instantly as well as share it by SMS, email and QR code. Online sharing requires connectivity.
Branding with logos, frames and event messaging is included in the MooMuu experience. Please supply branded media at least 21 days before the event.
Yes, subject to appropriate adult supervision and the nature of the event.
The experience can be enjoyed by a wide range of ages because it does not use real paint or aerosol products.
One dedicated UK power socket is required and must not be shared with anything else. Ambient lighting is optimal; avoid very bright spaces or excessive sunlight. We agree the wall footprint and guest space with your venue, plus any extra power and space for an optional slideshow display.
Setup takes a minimum of 90 minutes and cannot be shortened. Allow around 60 minutes for de-rig at the end of the event. These periods are separate from your agreed operating time.
Each new session starts with a blank canvas. Previous artwork cannot remain on the drawing screen during a new session. Add the optional 42-inch Separate Slideshow Display to show saved artwork as new creations are added during your agreed hire period. There are no usage limits during your agreed hire period. MooMuu can send all digital artwork files after the event. Consent-led data capture is available, and user data can be supplied only where the relevant consent has been granted.
Weddings and Private Celebrations
Our experiences are designed with presentation in mind. The Luxury Oak Booths work particularly well in barns, country houses, hotels and contemporary venues without appearing intrusive or overly commercial.
We will recommend the most suitable setup and backdrop for your space.
No. MooMuu does not supply props with any experience.
If you are considering bringing your own props, tell us before the event so we can discuss suitability, space and the photographic setup.
Yes. Backdrop choices depend on the booth and package selected.
We can advise which backdrop will work best with your venue, lighting, event styling and preferred photographic finish.
Yes. Most wedding bookings are scheduled during the evening reception, often beginning after the meal and speeches.
