How do the AI Sketch Bots work?
Guests take a photograph at the iPad kiosk and choose from the styles prepared for your event. The software turns the photograph into a drawing and sends it to an available bot. Guests watch their portrait being drawn in pen, then collect their physical artwork.
How long does a portrait take, and how many can you produce?
A standard drawing typically takes around a minute, with timing varying by style, detail and setup. The full guest journey also includes photography, any AI processing, waiting and collection. Output depends on the number of bots and operating time, so we agree a realistic capacity in your proposal. Tell us if a portrait for every guest is a priority.
How many bots are included, and is an attendant present?
Standard packages include two Sketch Bots and an experienced MooMuu attendant to manage the experience, help guests and handle portrait collection. Additional bots can be added to suit your audience and schedule. Delivery, setup and pack down are arranged as part of your event plan.
Can we choose sketch styles or create a custom theme?
Yes. We prepare portrait styles, themed scenes and custom backgrounds around your event, campaign or celebration. Guests choose from the agreed selection. More elaborate themed portraits use cloud AI, so we test the chosen format and plan the connection and timings before the event.
What do guests take home?
Guests receive a physical pen-drawn portrait and can scan a QR code to access their digital sketch when it is ready. Email and text sharing can also be configured for your event. The chosen paper format, artwork and sharing journey are agreed in your proposal.
Can guest sketches be shown on a separate screen?
A separate 42-inch slideshow display is available as an optional add-on, with the price confirmed in your proposal. It cycles completed digital guest portraits, with new portraits added during your agreed hire period while the bots continue drawing. We agree the display position, additional space and power before the event.
What branding is included, and when do you need it?
Front portrait branding is included, with space for your logo, event details or messaging. Standard portrait personalisation and customised email and text messages are included. Reverse-side takeaway branding is an optional £200 upgrade per event. Please supply logos, brand guidelines, campaign artwork and messaging at least 21 days before your event. We test detailed logos and artwork to agree the best treatment.
How much space is required, and can we supply a branded table?
Yes, you can supply your own branded table space. Allow 4 ft × 2 ft for two bots, 6 ft × 2 ft for three–four bots, or 7 ft × 2 ft for five bots. These are table dimensions; additional clear space is needed for photo capture, the attendant, portrait collection and guest movement. We agree the complete layout before your event. The equipment should be kept out of direct sunlight and excessive heat.
What power is required?
The standard bot setup requires one UK 13-amp mains socket within 10 metres. If you add the separate slideshow display or additional equipment, we confirm the full power and cable arrangements with your venue during planning.
Is an internet connection required?
Dream Studio themed portraits and online sharing or hosted displays require reliable internet. A prepared Local Mode setup can draw simpler portraits offline after its licence checks. We agree the selected format and connectivity before your event; venue Wi-Fi or suitable mobile coverage can be used where available.
Can you collect guest data, and how is privacy handled?
Optional data capture can be configured for branded events. We agree the fields, consent wording, privacy information and any on-screen display before the event. Details entered solely to receive a portrait are not consent to marketing. MooMuu does not use guest photographs or generated sketches to develop or train AI models, now or in the future. Read our AI & Data Privacy information for processing locations, photo retention and deletion requests. Tell us about any organisation-specific requirements during your enquiry.
Can we receive digital files after the event?
MooMuu sends all digital sketch copies to the client within 48 hours of the event ending. Guests can receive their digital sketch by email or access it through a QR code. Digital delivery provides a copy of any image whose physical sketch was not completed on site. Reporting can be agreed as part of your event plan. Any guest data shared with the organiser must follow the agreed consent and privacy information. See our AI & Data Privacy information for gallery and archive retention.
Which events are suitable, and when should we book?
Sketch Bots suit corporate events, exhibitions, weddings and celebrations, combining live entertainment with a personal keepsake. Book early for peak dates and allow at least 21 days for branded artwork. For shorter notice, get in touch so we can confirm availability and the formats we can prepare.
How do we view packages and check our date?
Choose Wedding packages & dates for the wedding package and availability or enquiry options. Choose Corporate packages & quote for the corporate package and proposal route. For a party, unfinished plans or a bespoke event, tell us about your plans. Your proposal confirms the full price, operating hours and booking requirements. Checking availability does not reserve your date.
