Guests can receive images by QR code, email or SMS, depending on the event setup. They can usually receive both their original photograph and the completed AI transformation.

Yes. You can add printed keepsakes and customise them with your branding, event details or campaign artwork.

Yes. Guests can choose from a selection of pre-designed styles, or the experience can use one carefully developed visual concept throughout the event for a consistent branded look.

Yes. We can incorporate branding throughout the guest journey, including the capture screen, visual styles, backgrounds, image overlays, prints and digital delivery experience.

You can include optional data capture as part of the experience. When we collect a guest’s name, email address or mobile number, we clearly explain why and ask for consent before they submit their details.

The system securely sends photographs from the AI Experience to a cloud-based processing service, which creates the selected transformation. It then returns the completed image for digital delivery, display or printing, depending on the selected package.

The system retains photographs temporarily so the AI transformation and delivery process can operate correctly. It automatically deletes them after the configured retention period.

Yes. A guest may contact MooMuu to request deletion before the photograph reaches the end of its automatic retention period. To help us identify the correct image, we may ask for the event name, event date and approximate time the photograph was taken.

Yes. Guests can choose not to participate or have their photograph processed. Before submission, we explain that the experience uses cloud-based AI to process photographs.

No. MooMuu processes submitted photographs only to create the selected transformation. We do not use them to train AI models.

Yes. A professional MooMuu host is included to guide guests through the experience and keep the activation running smoothly throughout the event.

The required footprint depends on the chosen setup, whether printing is included and the style of activation. We will confirm the recommended operating space, power and connectivity requirements during the planning process.

Guest throughput depends on the number of styles, the level of interaction and whether printing is included. We will recommend the most suitable setup based on your event duration and expected attendance.

The experience normally requires a reliable internet connection for AI processing and digital delivery. If venue connectivity is limited, we can discuss suitable options during the planning stage.
