The AI Experience – How it Works

Discover how effortlessly the AI Experience transforms guests into extraordinary, personalised creations while adding a captivating and memorable dimension to your event.

Guests take a photograph, just as they would with a traditional photo booth.

Within moments, AI transforms the image into the selected creative style.

The original and transformed photographs can then be delivered by QR code, SMS or email, with optional printed copies.

Alongside your AI-transformed images, you and your guests will receive the original photos too—so you can enjoy both the magic and the moment as it was captured.

AI EXPERIENCE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

GUEST CAPACITY

The AI Experience can typically accommodate approximately 50–100 guests per hour, depending on the number of capture stations, image styles and delivery options selected.

TRANSFORMATION TIME

Most AI transformations are completed within approximately 20–60 seconds. Processing times may vary slightly depending on the complexity of the chosen style and the venue’s internet connection.

OPERATING SPACE

We recommend an operating area of approximately 3m × 3m to provide comfortable space for the capture setup, guest interaction and any optional printing equipment.

POWER & CONNECTIVITY

The experience normally requires access to a standard 13-amp power socket and a reliable internet connection. We will confirm all technical requirements with your venue before the event.

AI STYLE OPTIONS

Guests can usually choose from four to eight carefully curated AI styles. Alternatively, one consistent creative concept can be used throughout the activation to maintain a strong, cohesive brand identity.

BESPOKE DESIGN LEAD TIME

For fully branded clothing, scenarios and backgrounds, we recommend allowing approximately two to four weeks for creative development, testing and approval. More complex campaigns may require additional preparation time.

Guests pose for a photograph before selecting or being assigned a chosen style. The image is processed using AI and returned as a personalised transformation within moments.

Images can be delivered digitally by QR code, email or SMS, depending on the event setup. Guests can usually receive both their original photograph and the completed AI transformation.

Yes. Printed keepsakes can be added to the experience and customised with your branding, event details or campaign artwork.

Yes. Guests can choose from a selection of pre-designed styles, or the experience can use one carefully developed visual concept throughout the event for a consistent branded look.

Yes. Branding can be incorporated throughout the guest journey, including the capture screen, visual styles, backgrounds, image overlays, prints and digital delivery experience.

Optional data capture can be included as part of the experience. Where information such as a guest’s name, email address or mobile number is collected, guests are clearly informed and asked to provide their consent before submitting their details.

Photographs captured during the AI Experience are securely sent to a cloud-based processing service, where the selected AI transformation is created. The completed image is then returned to the experience for digital delivery, display or printing, depending on the package selected.

Photographs are retained temporarily to allow the AI transformation and delivery process to operate correctly. They are automatically deleted after the system’s configured retention period.

Yes. A guest may contact MooMuu to request deletion before the photograph reaches the end of its automatic retention period. To help us identify the correct image, we may ask for the event name, event date and approximate time the photograph was taken.

Yes. Guests are not required to participate or have their photograph processed. Information explaining that photographs are processed using cloud-based AI should be presented as part of the guest journey before an image is submitted.

No. Photographs submitted through the MooMuu AI Experience are processed solely to create the selected transformation and are not used to train AI models.

Yes. A professional MooMuu host can manage the activation, guide guests through the process and ensure the experience runs smoothly throughout the event.

The required footprint depends on the chosen setup, whether printing is included and the style of activation. We will confirm the recommended operating space, power and connectivity requirements during the planning process.

Guest throughput depends on the number of styles, the level of interaction and whether printing is included. We will recommend the most suitable setup based on your event duration and expected attendance.

A reliable internet connection is normally required for AI processing and digital delivery. Where venue connectivity is limited, we can discuss suitable options during the planning stage.
