Does the venue need Wi-Fi?
Guests need a working internet connection through venue Wi-Fi or mobile data. Connectivity for any MooMuu equipment is agreed separately.
Do we need a display?
No. You can enjoy the gallery without a display, show it on your own compatible TV or projector, or add MooMuu’s 50-inch Live Gallery Display.
What is included with MooMuu’s display?
The £395 upgrade includes a 50-inch display and floor stand, delivery, professional positioning, installation, testing and collection. It requires suitable indoor placement, nearby power and reliable connectivity.
Do photographs appear immediately?
That depends on the agreed workflow and connection. With moderation enabled, a photograph appears after review. Processing and network conditions can also add a short delay.
Can submissions be moderated?
Yes. Moderation can be arranged where the event or prominent live display requires it. Active moderation and onsite hosting are not included unless stated in your booking.
Can the experience match our celebration?
Yes. The guest journey and signage artwork can incorporate agreed colours, wording and event details.
Does it replace a wedding or event photographer?
No. Live Gallery captures the celebration through guests’ own phones, so image style and quality naturally vary. It complements professional photography and booth portraits.
