The example brief: warm oak and a soft neutral palette

Imagine a country-house reception with ivory table linen, natural timber and garden-style flowers. The couple want colour portraits and printed keepsakes, so the Luxury Oak Booth is the starting point. Its wooden finish provides the visual connection; the photo area does not need to copy the whole tablescape.

The proposed corner sits beside the evening reception, where guests can see it without joining a queue across the bar or an exit. The venue floor plan and MooMuu’s setup requirements determine the position before anyone orders decorative pieces.

Choose the photographic background before the decoration

Confirm a suitable backdrop with MooMuu and check how it will appear in sample photographs. An ivory drape might be part of your styling brief, but it is a suggestion to discuss, not a promise that a particular fabric, colour or support system is supplied. A wall that looks attractive to the eye can still contain distracting details within the camera frame.

If your florist is creating an arrangement, agree its dimensions and placement separately. One arrangement beside the portrait area may be enough. It should not reduce the agreed space for guests, lighting or equipment, or need to be moved every time a group takes a photograph.

MooMuu does not supply props. Decorative items brought by other suppliers should be clearly allocated to someone for installation, safety checks and removal.

Let the print design connect the details

For this example, a simple names-and-date layout with a warm neutral accent could echo the wedding stationery. Supply the wording and any artwork in good time, then check spelling, date, legibility and the proposed layout before approval.

Ask to see how the design works with actual portraits rather than judging an empty template alone. Confirm the print format and package allowance in your quote. If you are adding a photo guest book, agree the book, an additional photo for the book and attendant assistance; these should not be assumed from a styling image.

Check the setup before the room is dressed

Share the final floor plan, delivery route, power location and supplier timings. Luxury Oak cannot be carried up or down stairs; a suitable lift or ramp route needs assessment. Check this before committing to an upstairs lounge, even if it looks ideal in venue photographs.

Arrange a lighting check for the conditions expected during the hire. Window light can change, while uplighters and dance-floor effects may affect the portrait area. Decorative lamps do not replace the agreed photographic lighting.

Confirm who can approve small positioning changes on the day. The venue, florist and MooMuu should know which elements belong to each supplier, when the area needs to be ready and when it can be cleared.

Adapt the idea if you prefer a different experience
