A Luxury Event Entertainment Brief: What to Include
Turn luxury event inspiration into a useful supplier brief: define the keepsake, approve the artwork and agree venue setup, support, delivery and the full quote.
A useful entertainment brief explains the moment you want guests to enjoy and the result you want them to receive. That might be a photograph with friends, a portrait drawn by a robot or a contribution to a shared artwork.
For a wedding, private party or corporate event, use the sections below to turn inspiration into decisions MooMuu can quote and plan. The focus is your event requirements, rather than unsupported claims about which luxury entertainment trends are most popular.
Describe the guest output
For colour portraits with prints and digital sharing, compare the attended Luxury Oak Booth and ICON Booth. State whether you want individual or group photographs, and ask about suitable backdrop and print options. A guest book, additional photograph and attendant assistance should be explicitly included in the quote if required.
For photographed black-and-white portraits, Signature GLAM combines controlled studio lighting, bespoke monochrome processing and a black or white backdrop, with prints, digital sharing and attendant support during the agreed hire.
If you want artwork instead, AI Sketch Bots use robotic arms to draw portraits with real pen on paper. Physical mosaics use photo tiles to create a larger image, while digital mosaics use a screen-based format. Review the experience comparison and specify the format; these are not interchangeable outputs or automatic additions to a booth.
Agree the creative direction and approval
Provide a small set of relevant visual references and identify who can approve the artwork. State which names, dates, logos or colours must appear, where they belong and when final files can be supplied. Review representative finished outputs before approval, including legibility at the size guests will receive them.
For AI portrait transformations or the Graffiti Wall’s optional AI Line 2 Life stage, discuss the creative style and acceptable variation. AI-generated results are not guaranteed to reproduce an exact likeness or reference. The Graffiti Wall itself uses digital spray cans and a digital canvas, without physical paint. Confirm any artwork delivery or printing separately.
Give suppliers a usable venue plan
Include the full address, room, floor plan, unloading route, power location and venue contact. Flag stairs, narrow doors, lift dimensions and access windows. Luxury Oak cannot be carried up or down stairs; a suitable lift or ramp route must be assessed before the position is agreed.
Show the backdrop, lighting, equipment, waiting and viewing areas, keeping exits and service routes clear. MooMuu does not supply props. Floral arrangements, furniture, draping or decorative structures should be separately arranged unless expressly included in the quote. Confirm responsibility for installation and removal.
Set out hours and support
The Digital Booth is a self-service, print-free format with delivery, installation, testing, collection and remote support; an attendant does not normally stay on site. A large freestanding backdrop is not supplied as standard. Record that service model clearly when comparing it with an attended experience.
For any chosen format, separate installation time from guest operating hours and collection. Include speeches, dinner, room changes or other interruptions. Discuss expected participation alongside the available time and equipment, rather than assuming every guest can complete an activity within any hire window.
Plan delivery and any corporate reporting
Confirm how photographs or artwork reach guests, any connectivity requirements, and who receives the final handover. Digital sharing is an available route, not a guarantee of public posts or commercial results. For a physical mosaic or guest book, nominate the person responsible for collection.

Send a brief that can be quoted clearly
Your brief should bring together the date, venue, audience, preferred experience, operating hours, creative requirements, outputs and support. Ask for the full price, including applicable travel or additional charges, and confirm artwork deadlines. Where a detail is undecided, say so rather than filling in a placeholder that could be mistaken for a firm requirement.
