When wedding entertainment is described as premium, ask what that means for your booking. Useful evidence is a clear guest experience, relevant sample work, an achievable venue plan and a written package. Those details help you compare options more fairly than a long list of flattering adjectives.

1. Write down what you want guests to do
Decide whether the priority is a colour photograph, a black-and-white portrait, a digital keepsake, a robot-drawn illustration or participation in a shared artwork. These are different experiences. Choose the outcome first so you are not comparing a self-service digital package with an attended printing experience as though they were identical.
Give each supplier the same date, venue, guest numbers and intended operating hours. Ask how the proposed setup supports that plan, including any help guests need to participate. Allow time for people to approach, take part and collect their output, not only the advertised capture or production time.
2. Compare samples from the actual product

4. Be specific about prints and guest books
For Oak or ICON, discuss the personalised print design and how guests collect their colour photographs and digital copies. Confirm the chosen format, print provision and operating period rather than assuming every supplier uses the same package terms. An image of a booth in a styled venue does not list its inclusions.

5. Check access and the operating conditions
Send the actual delivery route, including stairs, doors and distance from unloading. The Luxury Oak Booth cannot be carried up or down stairs, so a suitable lift or ramp must be assessed for an upstairs space. Confirm the full footprint, backdrop height, power and guest waiting area, not just the equipment dimensions.
Check lighting and connectivity for the selected product. GLAM is primarily designed for controlled indoor lighting, and AI Sketch Bots need reliable internet. Any outdoor position needs prior assessment and suitable weather protection. Separate installation and collection access from guest operating hours, and flag room changes before accepting a quote.
6. Compare the complete written quote
Check the named experience, event date and address, hire window, staffing, backdrop, artwork, outputs and extras. Ask whether travel, setup, collection, any applicable tax and optional upgrades are accounted for in the quoted total. Clarify the payment schedule and booking terms before committing; do not infer them from an article or photograph.
