What size is the finished Mosaic Wall?
The size guides show a small 400-tile board at 1.25 × 0.80 m, a medium 714-tile board at 1.70 × 1.05 m and a large 1,000-tile board at 2.00 × 1.25 m. These are board artwork dimensions, excluding stands and the wider operating area. We can create any size mosaic wall. Contact us to talk about your event.
Is a photo booth included?
Yes. Guests create their photograph at the ICON Booth, receive a premium print and add a coded tile to the growing mosaic.
Can the final artwork be branded?
Yes. Your source artwork, wall header, print design and guest journey can be personalised for a corporate brand activation.
How much space and power are required?
Allow approximately 3m × 3m, depending on the wall size, with access to one standard UK power socket within 10 metres. Extra space, power and positioning for an optional slideshow screen are agreed during planning.

A professional MooMuu team manages the ICON Booth, guest flow and mosaic build throughout the activation.
Do guests place their own tiles?
Yes. Guests can place their coded tiles with guidance from the MooMuu team. We check alignment and positioning as the artwork grows, so everyone can contribute to the shared reveal.
What happens if fewer guests take part?
We plan the wall around your expected attendance and event format. Where appropriate, we discuss completion options before the event so you know how the final image will be presented.
What do we receive after the event?
The completed physical Mosaic Wall belongs to you unless otherwise stated in your proposal. You also receive a high-resolution digital version of the completed mosaic. This export requires a filled grid, so we plan completion options beforehand. Individual event photographs and handover arrangements are confirmed in your proposal. The artwork can be displayed or professionally framed afterwards.
How is this different from Digital Mosaic?
Photo Mosaic Wall uses printed tiles that guests place on a physical wall. The separate Digital Mosaic experience builds shared artwork on screen and can connect on-site and remote guests through an online workflow. The optional photo slideshow cycles individual guest images; it does not show a live composite mosaic.
Is internet required?
Yes. A reliable internet connection is needed for current PMWall Cloud syncing and licensing, online photo delivery and any selected phone-upload workflow. We confirm connectivity and photo sources during planning.
Can we add a separate slideshow screen?
Yes. Add the optional 42-inch Separate Slideshow Display to show guest photographs, with new photos added throughout your agreed hire period while the physical wall continues to build. It shows individual photos rather than a live composite mosaic. The add-on price is shown in the package details above. Extra power, space and positioning are agreed during planning.
