Find answers to the most frequently asked questions about our AI Sketch Bots

Guests simply have their photo taken using the iPad kiosk before selecting their preferred sketch style. Their image is securely processed using AI in the cloud before being sent to the next available Sketch Bot, which hand-draws the portrait in real time. Watching the robots create each sketch is part of the experience.

The AI processing typically takes between a few seconds and around one minute, depending on the selected style. Once received by the Sketch Bot, each portrait is hand-drawn in approximately 3–5 minutes.

Our standard package includes two AI Sketch Bots, allowing multiple portraits to be produced simultaneously and helping to minimise waiting times at busy events.

Production depends on the event duration and selected sketch styles. As a guide, two Sketch Bots can typically produce 40–50 hand-drawn portraits per hour.

Yes. Guests can choose from a selection of elegant portrait styles or themed designs such as Formula 1 driver, hiking, cycling and many more. Custom event-specific themes can also be created.

Absolutely. Sketches can feature company logos, event branding, dates or personalised messaging, making them ideal for corporate events, exhibitions and product launches.

Yes. We can design bespoke AI backgrounds to complement your event theme, campaign or brand identity. Whether you’re hosting a conference, awards evening or themed celebration, the artwork can be tailored specifically for your event.

Yes. While the portrait is being processed, guests can scan a QR code to receive a high-quality digital copy of their sketch directly to their mobile device.

Yes. Every hire includes experienced MooMuu event specialists who manage the experience, assist guests and ensure everything runs smoothly from setup through to pack down.

We typically recommend an operating space of approximately 4m × 3m for the two Sketch Bots, iPad kiosk and guest viewing area. We can advise on the ideal layout for your venue.

A standard 13-amp mains power supply is all that is required. If you have any venue-specific requirements, we’re happy to discuss these during the planning stage.

Yes. The AI processing is securely performed in the cloud, so a reliable internet connection is required. We can often use venue Wi-Fi or provide our own mobile connectivity where suitable.

Yes. From the on-screen interface and sketch styles to printed media and digital artwork, the entire experience can be tailored to reflect your branding and event objectives.

Optional data capture can be added for corporate activations and branded events. Any marketing questions, consent wording or required information must be agreed and configured before the event. Details entered solely to receive a photo are not automatically treated as consent to receive marketing communications.

Absolutely. While incredibly popular for corporate events and exhibitions, the Sketch Bots also create a unique guest experience at luxury weddings, producing beautiful keepsake portraits that guests will treasure long after the celebration.

We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for peak dates. However, if your event is approaching, please get in touch—we’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute enquiries.
