IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Here’s some important information and FAQ’s specifically for. the retro booth.

Yes. We can access upper or lower floors provided there is a lift or a suitable sloping ramp. For health and safety reasons, our team is unable to carry equipment up or down stairs, so step-only access will not be possible.

Yes. Outdoor setups are possible where the ground is level and stable, the booth is fully protected from rain and adverse weather, and a standard UK 13-amp power supply is located within 5 metres of the setup position.

For safety and equipment protection, we are unable to operate in exposed or wet conditions.

Setup and configuration typically take around 30 minutes.

Our team will arrive approximately one hour before the booked start time to allow for setup, testing, and to ensure everything is running smoothly ahead of guest use.

We require an ideal setup area of 3 × 3 metres.

If you’d like to use a backdrop, our standard backdrops measure 8 ft × 8 ft. Please ensure that the ceiling height will accommodate your chosen backdrop.

A standard UK power socket within 5 metres of the setup area is required. For locations without mains access,

we offer an eco-friendly battery power option for an additional fee.
