Modern Luxury Event Entertainment: What to Plan
A practical guide to planning modern luxury event entertainment: choose the guest output, check the creative brief and organise space, support and delivery.
Modern luxury event entertainment is most useful when it has a clear purpose. You might want relaxed guest portraits, a live drawing activity, a shared artwork or a creative way to introduce a brand. Start with that outcome before choosing the technology or styling.
This is a planning guide, not a prediction that every wedding or corporate event needs an AI installation. A familiar photo booth can be the right choice. What matters is whether the experience suits your guests, venue and event programme.

Start with what guests will do and receive
Write the activity in one sentence: guests take a portrait and collect a print; watch a robot draw their likeness; or contribute a photograph to a shared picture. If the explanation is difficult to follow, simplify the brief before adding more features.
Luxury Oak and ICON offer attended colour photography, prints and digital sharing. Signature GLAM is the black-and-white portrait option, with controlled lighting and bespoke processing. The Digital Booth is self-service and print-free.
These are different service formats, not interchangeable looks. Decide whether printed photographs, digital-only captures or another kind of keepsake matters most.
Choose technology for a specific creative result
AI Sketch Bots use a guest photograph as the starting point for an illustration that robotic drawing arms draw with a real pen on paper. The live drawing process and the finished sheet are distinct parts of the experience.
The AI Experience transforms a portrait into an agreed scene or visual style. It creates an interpreted image, not a guaranteed exact reproduction of the guest. Review examples and approve the creative direction before the event, including digital delivery and any optional printed output.
An AI Graffiti Wall starts with guests creating on a digital canvas. Digital spray cans do not apply physical paint to venue walls; optional AI Line 2 Life adds a transformation stage. Choose this when the act of creating is part of the brief.
Plan shared experiences around the programme
A Mosaic Wall combines individual photographs into a larger picture. Agree the format, image sources, installation position and intended final output. Its progress depends on the configuration and participation, so do not assume a particular completion point without an operating plan.
For any experience, allow time for guests to understand the invitation, take part and collect or receive the result. Plan around dinner, speeches, awards or stand activity. One short session does not mean every attendee can participate during a short break.
Participation should be an invitation. Give guests a clear explanation and room to watch or decline without pressure.

Make the installation belong in the room
Use the booth, backdrop, lighting and finished artwork to connect the experience to the event. MooMuu does not supply props. If you want to bring your own accessories or decorations, discuss their suitability and position first.
Send photographs of the proposed area and the delivery route, not just a moodboard. Confirm the working space, power, connectivity and installation window. Luxury Oak equipment cannot be carried up or down stairs; any lift or ramp route must be checked before booking.
Agree the support and delivery arrangements
Luxury Oak, ICON and Signature GLAM include an attendant during the agreed operating hours. The Digital Booth includes delivery, installation, testing, collection and remote support; an attendant does not normally stay on site. Confirm the staffing and technical arrangements for each experiential installation in its proposal.
For a branded event, agree artwork ownership and approvals, the capture process and how finished content will be delivered. MooMuu can provide data capture; agree the fields, consent wording, purpose and delivery arrangements before the event. Receiving a photograph and joining a marketing list are different choices.
Attractive content can encourage sharing, but it does not guarantee posts, reach, leads or sales. Choose a realistic measure of success and confirm what can actually be recorded.
Turn the idea into a useful brief
Include your event date or approximate month, venue, audience size, operating hours and preferred guest output. Add the budget range, access information and any branding deadlines. If you want more than one experience, ask us to check the combined space, staffing and availability rather than assuming every combination is possible.
Plan your MooMuu experience
Compare the experiences or send us your event brief. Your plans do not need to be final. We will help you identify a suitable option and prepare a quote; an enquiry does not reserve your date.
