The Luxury Oak Booth captures beautifully lit, studio-quality photographs using a professional DSLR camera. Guests can choose from a range of poses and receive both printed and digital copies of their photographs.

Yes. Unlimited printing is included throughout the agreed hire period. Guests can choose from elegant photo strips or postcard-style prints, with duplicate copies available so everyone in the photograph can take home a keepsake.

Yes. We create a bespoke print design to complement your wedding, celebration or corporate event. Your names, event date, colours or company branding can be incorporated into the layout.

Yes. Guests can browse their photographs on the booth’s rear touchscreen and request their favourites by email or SMS. You will also receive access to a private online gallery following the event.

When not being used for digital sharing, the rear screen displays a live slideshow of photographs captured throughout the event. This creates an evolving gallery for guests to enjoy as the celebration unfolds.

Yes. A professional MooMuu attendant is included throughout the hire. They will welcome guests, manage the booth, replenish print supplies and ensure the experience runs smoothly.

Your booking includes a choice of stylish backdrop or flower wall, but MooMuu does not supply props. We can help you choose a backdrop that complements your venue and event styling. If you are considering bringing your own props, please discuss them with us before the event.

We recommend an area of approximately 3 × 3 metres to accommodate the booth, backdrop and comfortable guest access. Our standard backdrops measure approximately 8 ft wide × 8 ft high, so sufficient ceiling height is also required.

The booth requires access to one standard UK 13-amp power socket within approximately 5 metres of the setup area. A battery power option may be available for locations without suitable mains access, subject to an additional fee.

Outdoor setups may be possible where the booth is positioned on firm, level ground and fully protected from rain, wind and adverse weather. A suitable power supply must also be available. We cannot operate the booth in exposed or wet conditions.

Yes, provided the setup area can be reached using a suitable lift or sloping access ramp. For health and safety reasons, our team cannot carry the booth or associated equipment up or down stairs.

Setup and testing usually take approximately 30 minutes. Our team will normally arrive around one hour before the booked start time to ensure everything is installed, configured and ready before your guests arrive.

Bookings are available from two hours, with longer hire periods available depending on your event schedule. We can advise on the most suitable operating time based on your guest numbers and itinerary.

Yes. The Luxury Oak Booth is suitable for awards evenings, conferences, Christmas parties, product launches and brand activations. Print designs and selected digital elements can be personalised with your company branding.
