A Guide to Luxury Booth Hire for Standout Events
Choose MooMuu booth hire by comparing photographs, prints, staffing, venue requirements and the complete quote, with clear advice for weddings and corporate events.
Choose luxury booth hire by looking at the photographs, the service and how the setup will work at your event. A good-looking installation is only part of the decision: guests also need a clear invitation, enough room and a keepsake they will enjoy.
This guide helps you compare MooMuu’s hosted photo booths, self-service Digital Booth and interactive experiences without treating them as interchangeable packages.

1. Start with what guests will create
For photographs, decide whether you want colour portraits, black-and-white GLAM photography or a print-free digital collection. Look at actual event photographs, including group shots, rather than choosing from pictures of the equipment alone.
For something different, AI Sketch Bots draw portraits live on paper. A physical Mosaic Wall brings photo tiles together into one artwork and includes an ICON Booth. Each is a separate experience with its own operating plan; neither should be assumed to come with ordinary photo-booth hire.
2. Compare hosted and self-service options
The Luxury Oak Booth and ICON Booth offer attended colour photography, personalised prints and digital sharing. Signature GLAM is an attended black-and-white photo experience. Confirm the operating period, print format and artwork in your chosen package.
The Digital Booth is self-service and print-free. It creates digital photographs, GIFs, boomerangs and short videos. MooMuu delivers, installs, tests and collects it, with remote support during the agreed operating period; an attendant does not normally remain on site.
Choose the support your guests need. If in-person guidance is important, say so in your enquiry rather than assuming every booth has the same staffing.
3. Match the setup to the venue
Share the proposed position, venue access times, parking or unloading arrangements, power access and any stairs or lifts. A compact booth still needs room for people to pose, use the screen and move away safely.
Keep the activity visible without blocking doors, catering routes or the bar. Allow space for those watching and collecting keepsakes as well as those taking part. If an outdoor location is proposed, agree its suitability and weather arrangements with MooMuu and the venue in advance.
4. Agree the look and creative options
Plan the backdrop, lighting and print or digital artwork together. MooMuu does not supply props. Discuss any client-supplied styling beforehand, and confirm which backdrop is included rather than relying on a photograph of a different event.
For a digital drawing activity, the AI Graffiti Wall uses a screen-based canvas and digital spray cans, without physical paint. AI Line 2 Life transformation is optional. Agree the creative options, technician support and artwork delivery for that separate experience.
5. Plan keepsakes and sharing
Compare printed photographs and digital-only delivery against what guests want to take away. For a photo guestbook, confirm the book, additional photograph and attendant assistance so guests keep their own print.
Immediate digital sharing depends on the venue connection and agreed delivery method. Flag weak Wi-Fi or mobile signal early. Where an online gallery is supplied, download and save the files before its stated expiry.
6. Fit the operating time around the event
Share the running order, guest numbers and likely busy periods. A reception, awards dinner and exhibition have different patterns; the opening time should suit your plans rather than a standard assumption about when guests participate.
Distinguish guest operating time from delivery, setup and collection. More involved artwork takes time to create and collect. Discuss the likely demand and any combined experiences before confirming the brief.
7. Give corporate bookings a clear objective
Explain whether the priority is a portrait, a creative activity, a shared reveal or conversations with your team. MooMuu can provide data capture; agree the required fields, guest choices, visual approvals and data delivery before the event.
A download is not evidence of a public social share, and participation does not guarantee a qualified lead. Plan the measures you need alongside the experience.
8. Compare the complete proposal
Check the selected experience, operating hours, staffing, artwork, outputs and any enhancements. Ask whether travel, venue access requirements or extra time affect the total. Review the booking requirements and payment terms in your proposal; checking availability alone does not reserve a date.
Find the right MooMuu experience
Compare our photo booths and interactive experiences, then tell us about your event. Share your date or approximate month, venue, guest numbers and preferred operating hours. For corporate events, include your audience, branding and any data-capture requirements so we can prepare a relevant proposal.
