Event plans sometimes change. A campaign gets a new look, the venue adjusts the room layout or the running order moves. If something changes after you have booked your MooMuu experience, get in touch and tell us what you have in mind.
We can review the request with you, explain what is possible and confirm any effect on your booking. You do not need to work out the technical solution before contacting us.
A new look for your photographs
Your personalised design should feel right for the occasion. If a logo, event name or visual theme changes, send us the updated details and explain what you would like to replace.
We will discuss the affected designs and any revised proofs needed. You can focus on whether the result looks right for your event, while we review how the change fits your chosen experience.
For corporate bookings, sending the approved logo and wording together helps us work from the right version. For a wedding or celebration, a simple description of the new idea is a useful starting point.
A different position in the room
A booth should be easy for guests to find and comfortable to use. If your venue suggests a different location, let us know so we can consider the space and installation arrangements with them.
MooMuu will review the practical requirements for the proposed position. For a Digital Booth, this includes the connection needed for live sharing. For a hosted portrait booth, the setup also needs room for guests to pose and enjoy their photographs.
The equipment move and setup should be arranged with our team. Your role is to share the proposed change and, where useful, put us in touch with the venue.
New timings or a different guest list
If the schedule shifts or your event grows, tell us as early as you can. We can discuss whether the existing hire still suits the occasion and what alternatives may be available.
Some changes affect preparation, staffing or hire costs. We will explain those details before an amendment is agreed, so you can make a clear decision.
