Mosaic Wall Live: The Moments Your Guests Create Together

From a distance, you see one striking artwork. Move closer and it becomes a collection of familiar faces. MooMuu’s Photo Mosaic Wall gives guests a way to become part of the event itself, one uploaded photograph and printed tile at a time.

The pleasure is in both the activity and the result: choosing and uploading a photograph, placing its tile on the wall and returning to see the bigger picture take shape.

A photo to upload and an artwork to build

Photo Mosaic Wall turns guest phone uploads into a shared physical artwork. Guests scan the event QR code or use the dedicated upload webpage to submit a photo, then add its printed, coded tile to the wall. MooMuu’s team guides participation and manages the mosaic build.

Each printed tile has a shared purpose. Guests place their tile into the larger design, making a contribution they can come back and find with friends or colleagues.

Our event team guides phone uploads, guest flow and the mosaic build. The installation suits a reception or celebration where people can stop, contribute and return later to see how the artwork has changed. The finished wall is a tangible keepsake, with its handover planned before the event.

Three moments worth remembering

The portraits give the artwork its personality. A close look reveals the people behind the finished image, from colleagues sharing a laugh to friends posing together.

Placing the tile adds a hands-on moment. It gives guests an easy reason to gather around the wall and see what everyone else has contributed.

Then there is the wider view: the individual photographs forming the image chosen for your occasion. A company logo, campaign design or meaningful photograph can give that result a personal connection to the event.

A shared feature for your occasion

Mosaic Wall Live can suit a company milestone, conference or celebration where bringing people together matters. The activity gives guests something to do together and a visible record of their participation.

MooMuu will help you consider the artwork, venue and timings. If a reveal is part of your plans, mention it when enquiring so we can discuss an approach suited to the audience and hire period.

Remember the atmosphere too

If you have an event photographer, the wall offers a lovely opportunity to capture guests placing tiles and the artwork in its setting. That wider event coverage is separate from the guest phone uploads used for the mosaic, so it can be discussed with your photographer if you would like it.

You do not need a shot plan to enquire about the mosaic. Start with your occasion and the image you would like everyone to help create.
