How to Plan a Signature GLAM Booth Wedding

A practical Signature GLAM wedding checklist covering the portrait finish, venue position, running order, print artwork, guest support and final delivery.

A Signature GLAM wedding setup starts with the portraits you want guests to keep. The monochrome finish, backdrop, lighting and print design need to work together, with enough room and time for guests to enjoy the experience.

This checklist covers MooMuu’s Signature GLAM Booth: professional photography, controlled studio lighting and bespoke monochrome processing, with printed keepsakes, digital sharing and an attendant during the agreed hire. It is a photographic experience, not an AI portrait transformation.

1. Choose the finish and backdrop

Review real GLAM portraits, then choose a black or white backdrop. Consider how your clothing, wedding styling and intended print layout sit with that background. The aim is a clear portrait with the couple and guests as the focus.

MooMuu does not supply props. Signature GLAM uses guided posing and clean portraiture. If you want to bring your own items or add flowers, furniture or draping nearby, discuss them before the event; decorative extras are not automatically included in the booth hire.

2. Check the venue position and lighting

Plan an indoor position where studio lighting can remain controlled. Outdoor use needs assessment and may be possible inside a fully enclosed, weatherproof structure with suitable flooring, power and lighting. A covered corner or an open-sided shelter should not be assumed suitable.

Share a floor plan, photographs and the full delivery route. MooMuu will confirm the operating dimensions for your backdrop and setup. Allow space for guests posing, the attendant, people waiting and the route away from the booth; keep exits and catering paths clear.

3. Match the hire to your wedding timetable

Decide whether you want GLAM during the drinks reception, after dinner or across another agreed window. Compare that plan with speeches, room changes and dancing so guests have time to take part. Installation and testing need their own access window before the operating time.

Tell MooMuu about venue access restrictions, the nearest mains socket and the collection arrangements. Nominate a practical contact for the day. Extra hours or a move to another room require agreement; they are not automatically part of the booking.

4. Approve the personalised print design

Prints are part of Signature GLAM. Confirm the format and quantities included in your chosen package, then provide the names, date or artwork for the design. Check spelling, contrast and legibility in the proposed print layout before approval, especially when using a monogram or fine lettering.

5. Decide whether you want a photo guest book

A photo guest book needs more than the standard guest print. Confirm the book, additional photograph and attendant assistance in your quote. Plan a well-lit writing area outside the camera view and queue, where guests can place the photo and leave a message.

Agree who collects the completed book when the hire finishes. If you are still celebrating, nominate someone who can receive it and any other physical keepsakes. Do not leave the handover dependent on finding the couple during the last dance.

6. Make participation comfortable

The MooMuu attendant helps guests with posing and manages the experience throughout the agreed operating period. Discuss any access or support needs in advance and let guests decide whether to join in. Share the group sizes you expect so the proposed layout can be checked.

7. Confirm digital delivery

GLAM portraits can be delivered by QR code, SMS or email. Confirm the method, connectivity and any final gallery arrangements before the wedding. Receiving an image does not mean a guest has chosen to post it publicly; let sharing remain their choice.

Keep the final quote and agreed timings alongside your venue plan. They should make the backdrop, hire hours, print arrangements, any guest-book addition and delivery clear, without relying on a mood board or informal conversation alone.

Send MooMuu your wedding date, venue and GLAM plans, including the hours you want to cover and any guest-book requirements. Still deciding on the finish? Compare the experiences. An enquiry or availability check does not reserve your date; the booking confirmation records the agreed service.
