Plan access to a standard UK 13-amp socket within 10 metres and reliable internet for cloud-based processing. Venue Wi-Fi or suitable mobile connectivity can be discussed; test what is practical at the actual installation point. 4. Approve the portrait style

AI results are creative interpretations and can vary; the sample helps establish the style, not an identical outcome for every guest.

5. Make capture and collection straightforward

6. Confirm handover and the final brief

Agree what happens to any portraits awaiting collection when the hire ends, who the venue contact is and when equipment can be removed. Put the operating hours, bot count, artwork, support and outputs in the proposal so everyone is working to the same plan.
