1. A photograph to keep and one for the book

Guests should not have to give up their own keepsake. Arrange an additional photograph for the page, with an attendant to help guests place it and write a message.

2. Black-and-white portraits beside handwritten notes

A GLAM photo experience gives the album a consistent monochrome look. Leave space beside each print for a name, a memory or a longer message. Choose it because you enjoy the photographs, not because a particular dress code requires it.

3. One useful message prompt

Offer a short starting point such as “A memory we share” or “Something we wish for you”. Guests can use it or write their own message. If you want separate cards, check their dimensions against the book and print before ordering them.

4. Personalised prints with a simple book

Use your names, wedding date and agreed colours in the print artwork. Confirm the design and approval process for your chosen package; personalised prints do not mean a bespoke or monogrammed guestbook is supplied.

A small sign can explain the sequence: take a photograph, add the extra copy and leave a note. Ask your host to mention the guestbook at a suitable moment. Keep participation optional, including for people who prefer a message without a photograph.
