Old Luxters Barn has a character all its own: the 18th-century barn, raised gallery, courtyard and seasonal stretch marquee create several natural stages as a wedding moves from ceremony to dinner and evening celebration. Our approach is to plan the experience around that movement. The aim is for the booth or activation to feel visible and inviting at the right moment, without interrupting service routes, speeches or the transition between spaces.

For marquee receptions, a position beside the barn shed at the rear of the marquee has worked well because guests can discover the experience easily while the main dining and dancing areas retain their rhythm. We agree the final footprint with the venue team, check access and power in advance, and schedule installation around the day. That preparation lets the booth open on time and keeps pack-down discreet.

Styling should complement the warmth of the converted barn rather than compete with it.
