A standalone photo booth: the portraits are the main event

Choose a standalone booth when you want photographs without planning a mosaic build. Luxury Oak, ICON and black-and-white Signature GLAM include an attendant, prints and digital sharing during the agreed operating period. Confirm the output and package details for your chosen experience.

The Digital Booth is a different, self-service, print-free option. It creates digital photos, GIFs, boomerangs and short videos, with setup and remote support rather than an attendant normally staying on site. It is not the same product as Digital Mosaic.

Digital Mosaic: a screen-based shared image

The Digital Mosaic is a separate screen-based experience. Guests take or upload photographs through a QR code or branded link, including from remote locations. Choose attended on-site delivery or remote monitoring during an agreed operating window. Reliable internet, display arrangements and any optional moderation are planned in advance; the finished high-resolution artwork is delivered digitally. A physical tile wall, printed keepsakes and an ICON Booth should not be assumed to be part of this separate format.

Choose by what guests will do

With a standalone booth, guests pose for photographs and receive the outputs included in that package. Photo Mosaic Wall instead starts with a phone upload through the event QR code or dedicated webpage, followed by tile printing and placement. Guests can return to see the shared artwork develop.

Digital Mosaic invites contributions through guests’ own devices and can include people who are not at the venue. It suits a different brief from a professionally lit booth portrait. Consider whether your audience will have suitable devices and a reliable connection, and who will help explain the upload process.

Weddings: personal prints, a shared keepsake or both?

For an on-the-night album of portraits and messages, choose a printed booth and confirm a guestbook option, additional photographs and assistance. For a physical artwork made from guest images, Photo Mosaic Wall has its own phone-upload route and does not require a separate booth.

If relatives or friends will join from elsewhere, Digital Mosaic can support remote contributions. Agree the contribution window and how the finished artwork will be shared. It does not automatically provide a printed wedding album or physical display piece.

Corporate events: start with one clear objective

A standalone booth can focus on branded portraits and group photographs. Physical Mosaic Wall Live can add a visible campaign image or anniversary reveal. Digital Mosaic can connect a venue, remote colleagues and multiple offices through one artwork.

Define the outcome you will measure before choosing: contributions, unique participants, completed image delivery or conversations with the event team. A queue or a full mosaic is not, on its own, proof of sales, social reach or improved brand awareness. Agree any reporting and content-use requirements in the brief.

The completed physical Mosaic Wall is yours to keep unless the proposal says otherwise; handover, transport, framing and additional digital outputs should be agreed. Digital Mosaic supplies a high-resolution digital artwork. Standalone-booth outputs follow the chosen package, so check prints, sharing and gallery arrangements before booking.
