How MooMuu’s Sketch Bots work

MooMuu’s Sketch Bots begin with a guest photo at an iPad kiosk. AI processes that image into the selected illustration style, then a robotic artist draws the portrait live on paper. Guests can watch the drawing develop before collecting their own keepsake.

It is a live drawing experience, not a printer producing an instant sketch effect. The result is a stylised interpretation of the photograph. Looking through examples is the best starting point for deciding whether that output suits your event.

Choose a role in your event

At weddings, Sketch Bots can offer an activity during a reception or another agreed part of the day. Choose a window that gives guests time to take part without competing with speeches, dinner or key photographs.

At private parties, the portrait can be a personal takeaway. At exhibitions, launches and company celebrations, the drawing process can provide a focal point and an opening for conversation. Set a clear objective rather than assuming the installation alone will create leads or social reach.

Agree the artwork and presentation

Confirm what customisation is available, what is included and when designs need approval. Check the paper output and any additional digital delivery separately. A robot-drawn portrait should not be described as a photographic print.

Give us the venue name, location, room and access details. Stairs, lifts, loading arrangements and setup deadlines can all affect the delivery plan. Ask us to confirm the footprint, power and connectivity needs for your proposed setup.

Allow space for people to approach, watch, wait and collect their portraits without blocking a doorway or service route. Agree guest guidance and the operating schedule in the proposal, including any planned breaks or room changes.
