The Luxury Oak Booth combines a natural-oak installation with attended colour photography, personalised prints and digital sharing. Its appearance is part of the appeal, but compare sample portraits and the full setup as well as the booth itself. The backdrop, lighting and guest space all shape the result.
Choose colour, monochrome or a digital keepsake
Oak and the ICON Booth offer colour photographs with prints and an attendant during the agreed hire. Signature GLAM creates black-and-white portraits using controlled studio lighting and bespoke processing. Choose by the finish you prefer, not by assuming every booth produces the same style.
The Digital Booth is self-service and print-free. Delivery, installation, testing, collection and remote support are provided; an attendant does not normally stay on site. A large freestanding backdrop is not included as standard. It suits a different brief from an attended printing package, so compare like-for-like inclusions.
Agree prints and guest-book details
For a printing experience, confirm the format, print provision and personalised artwork in your package. Send names and the wedding date exactly as you want them to appear, then review the design before approval. Keep lettering readable and give the photograph enough space within the layout.
A photo guest book can add messages alongside the portraits. Ask for the extra to be itemised, including the additional photograph and attendant assistance with placing it and writing a message. Choose a useful operating window
Share your running order rather than selecting hours in isolation. Guests need time to visit without missing dinner, speeches or another activity. An evening session may suit one wedding, while a drinks-reception slot may suit another. The right choice depends on the room, guest movement and what else is happening.
Distinguish guest operating time from delivery, installation and collection. If your day moves between rooms, discuss whether the booth can remain in one suitable position. A move is not an automatic part of the hire and may affect timing or the plan. Agree any changes before suppliers arrive.
Leave room for natural portraits
With the Oak Booth, guests can see their composition before the photograph is taken, while the attendant helps the experience flow. Couples, friends and family can choose the groupings they want. Allow enough posing space and discuss seated participation or other access needs beforehand so the setup works for your guests.
Check the full route into the venue
The Luxury Oak Booth cannot be carried up or down stairs. An upstairs position needs a suitable lift or ramp, with the route assessed in advance. Check unloading, doors, thresholds and the distance to the room. A venue being accessible to guests does not automatically mean the equipment can reach every space.
Confirm floor space, backdrop height, power and connectivity for your chosen experience. GLAM normally needs controlled indoor lighting. Make the experience easy to find and use
Place the booth where guests can see it during its operating hours, leaving a clear route past the waiting area. Let your planner or venue contact know when it opens. A simple invitation helps; guests should not need to search another floor or interrupt a formal part of the day to take part.
Agree how photographs will be collected and shared, and any gallery arrangements after the wedding. The booth adds another way to capture your guests; it does not replace your wedding photographer.
