7 Checks for Planning Event Entertainment in 2026

Seven practical checks to help you choose and brief a MooMuu event experience, from the guest keepsake to staffing, venue access and delivery.

A portrait to take home, a robot drawing in front of your guests or a wall that becomes a shared artwork: each creates a different event moment. The useful question is which one fits your audience, space and running order.

If you are researching event entertainment trends for 2026, use these seven checks to turn inspiration into a workable brief. They are planning guidance for MooMuu experiences, not a survey of what is most popular or a promise of higher engagement.

1. Name the result you want

Start with one priority. Do you want guests to leave with a portrait, make an artwork, contribute to a larger picture or create digital content? Tell us the event type, approximate guest numbers and when the activity should run. A clear result makes it easier to compare suitable options without adding experiences simply to fill the room.

2. Compare what each experience actually produces

For attended colour photography, prints and digital sharing, compare the Luxury Oak Booth and ICON Booth. Agree the backdrop, print artwork and operating hours. If you want a photo guest book, confirm the book, additional photograph and attendant assistance in the quote.

Signature GLAM offers black-and-white portraits with controlled studio lighting, bespoke monochrome processing and a black or white backdrop. It includes prints, digital sharing and attendant support for the agreed hire. It is a photographic experience, not an AI-generated transformation.

AI Sketch Bots use robotic arms to draw portraits with real pen on paper. Ask about the style, bot numbers and operating time. A physical Photo Mosaic Wall instead builds a larger image from photo tiles; artwork, participation and completion arrangements need their own plan.

The Graffiti Wall is a digital canvas used with digital spray cans, without physical paint on venue walls. AI Line 2 Life is optional. If you want AI portrait transformations, explore the separate AI Experience and agree the visual style and output options.

3. Approve the creative details before the event

Provide names, dates, logos or reference artwork in time for the agreed approval process. Review a representative finished output, not only a mood board. AI-generated results can vary, so discuss acceptable styles and limitations. Confirm any print requirements and do not assume every digital artwork experience includes printing.

4. Check the complete venue setup

Share the floor plan and route from unloading to the final position, including doors, stairs, lifts and restricted access times. Luxury Oak cannot be carried up or down stairs; a suitable lift or ramp route needs assessment before the room is agreed.

Confirm the backdrop, lighting, power and space for guests as well as the equipment. MooMuu does not supply props. Flowers, furniture, draping and decorative structures should be separately arranged unless expressly included in the quote.

Keep waiting and viewing areas clear of exits, bars and venue service routes. Tell us if the experience may move during the event or be used outdoors, so suitability and any extra setup can be assessed before booking.

5. Match staffing and hours to the activity

The Digital Booth is self-service and print-free. Delivery, installation, testing, collection and remote support are provided; an attendant does not normally stay on site. A large freestanding backdrop is not supplied as standard. Check this distinction when comparing it with an attended package.

For any experience, agree when it is ready, when guests can use it and when collection can begin. Capacity depends on the chosen activity, equipment and available time. A guest count alone does not establish how many portraits, drawings or artworks can be completed.

6. Plan delivery and measurement separately

Confirm how guests receive their images or artwork, and check any connectivity requirements. A completed capture, a download and a public social post are different outcomes. Let guests decide whether to share; avoid treating every interaction as a guaranteed endorsement or sale.

MooMuu can provide data capture for corporate events. Agree the fields, purpose, guest choices, consent wording and data delivery before the event. Keep the reporting brief specific: ask which results can actually be measured for the chosen setup.

7. Compare the full quote and next steps

Check the experience, operating hours, staffing, creative preparation, backdrop, outputs and any travel or additional charges. Confirm who approves artwork and who is the contact on the day. Ask about availability and preparation time before committing to a particular date or bespoke concept.

Compare MooMuu experiences, then send your event brief. An enquiry or availability check does not reserve your date; the booking terms and confirmation set out how to secure the agreed experience.
