What is MooMuu Live Gallery?
It is a branded, phone-led event experience. Guests scan a QR code, take or choose a photograph and submit it to the event gallery. Approved photographs can also appear on a live display.
Do guests need to install an app?
No. The experience opens in the guest’s phone browser.
Does the venue need Wi-Fi?
Guests need a working internet connection through venue Wi-Fi or mobile data. Where MooMuu equipment or moderation is included, its connectivity and a suitable backup are agreed separately.
Do photographs appear immediately?
That depends on the agreed workflow and connection. With moderation enabled, a photograph appears after review. Processing and network conditions can also add a short delay.
Can submissions be moderated?
Yes. Moderation is recommended for public events, brand-sensitive campaigns and prominent live displays.
Can the experience match our branding?
Yes. The guest journey can incorporate agreed colours, logos, messaging and event artwork. Custom photograph overlays can also be included in a tailored proposal.
Can it work alongside another MooMuu experience?
Yes. Live Gallery can accompany selected MooMuu booths and interactive experiences, helping capture photographs from elsewhere in the room.
Does it replace an event photographer?
No. Live Gallery captures an event through guests’ own phones, so image style and quality naturally vary. It complements professional photography and booth portraits.
Can we collect guest details or feedback?
Optional consent-led questions and feedback can be configured for selected corporate activations. Photo delivery, event-photo permission and marketing consent remain separate.
What happens after the event?
Your proposal confirms gallery delivery, download arrangements and the retention period for your event.
